According to speaker Pelosi, the bill will provide"free coronavirus testing for everyone who needs a test, including the uninsured." As well as"paid emergency leave with two weeks of paid sick leave and up to three months of paid family and medical leave." The Senate will vote on the bill next week. West Virginia is the only state without a confirmed case of the virus, as total cases rise to 2,195 with 49 fatalities. 46,000 schools across the U.S. have closed, effecting nearly 21 million students.
