Denmark Road Trip (Pt.5) - From Golden Sand To Legoland | Next Stop Everywhere

As the title says... we made it to the home of the small plastic Danish brick! Super exciting but first...

We start off camped out (van life style!) at Bønnerup Strand, on the top of the 'nose' of Denmark - a beautiful quiet spot for an evening of r&r, before we head down the 'nose' (it IS the nose of Denmark by the way, we're not just making this up!) to the stunning, historic town of Ebeltoft - with it's beautiful bay and picture-postcard-perfect cobbled streets, it really wowed us!

Next up, we cycle around Denmark's second biggest city, Aarhus! We didn't have a whole lot of spare budget on that day so we decided, no spending, just hopping on the bikes and enjoying the scenery - we did get to visit the rather unusual 'Infinite Bridge' too, as you'll see in the vid!

And finally (FINALLY!) we got to do something we've waiting four months for... Sam got to live our his childhood dream... we visited the original, the brilliant, the best, Legoland Billund.

The first every Legoland to be built, just down the road from the home of Lego Group (and the amazing Lego House) it's chocked full of mini-land models (just you see how detailed and superb they are!), thrilling rides (wet and wild!), tasty brick-shaped food treats, and... well.... no-one! We went on a day before the Danish schools broke up for the summer and we had the park largely to ourselves!
