The Alexander Gorchakov Public Diplomacy Fund and the Project Office for the Development of the Arctic (PORA) is holding an online round-table discussion on the topic “The Arctic Council and Russian Chairmanship: Key Issues and Priorities.” Experts in international relations from the Arctic Council’s countries and the Russian Ministry of Foreign Affairs representatives will participate in the meeting and share their opinions.
