Budget deliberations continue at the House of Representatives even after the General Appropriations Bill had been pulled from the plenary. House Deputy Speaker Luis Raymund Villafuerte withdrew the bill after Speaker Alan Peter Cayetano was reportedly made co-author of the measure without his knowledge. One lawmaker rejects that move.
