Mary, Crown Princess of Denmark managed to look chic while warding off the winter chill in Copenhagen on Friday.
The Australian-born royal was there to open a charity building the Danish capital, and was sure to wrap up as temperatures dipped to 7 degrees.
Mary had been invited to oversee the official inauguration of Mothers Help's House, a charity for which she is the official patron.
Mary, who has four children with her husband Prince Frederik, wore a stylish collarless black coat with silver embellishment and threw a cape on over the top.
She kept her makeup natural with just a slick of pink lipstick and blusher, adding a pair of diamond studs.
Princess Mary was seen making a short speech as she cut the ribbon, before heading inside to meet families who benefit from the organisation. She also stopped to pose for photographs with staff.
