Amid the flock of tourists, the statue of the Little Mermaid has been
watching the Copenhagen Port since 1913. Looking at this bronze statue by the harbor while remembering how this fairy tale by Hans Christian Anderson ended, one gets the feeling of loneliness felt by this beloved mermaid because of unrequited love.
