US Secretary of State Rex Tillerson has laid out his plans for tackling global issues and how the "America First" agenda translates into foreign policy. Addressing his staff at the state department for the first time since taking office, Tillerson said the country's foreign policy had gotten a little out of balance in previous decades, having been focused on promoting economic activity and trade with emerging economies.
