0:39 - Airlines and Travel companies have complained that Britain’s travel requirements for arrivals from low-risk countries to have 2 Covid -19 tests, one before arriving in the UK and one after arrival. However, now holiday company TUI has launched a 20 pound testing package in hopes to attract bookings from customers.

1:09 - Before the pandemic, travel and tourism accounted for almost 8% of man made emission. Post pandemic the industry is looking for a better solution to tackle environmental impact.
One company that is aiming to make a difference in this area is Goodwings, a Certified B Corporation based in Denmark that has made travel more sustainable by calculating a person’s carbon emissions during a trip (transportation, lodging, meals, etc.)

1:43 - The International Air Transport Association is partnering with ecommerce security platform Riskified to help airlines better detect fraudulent sale of online tickets.The platform uses artificial intelligence to analyze ticket transactions, comparing them to billions of previous online transactions, to determine instantly whether airlines should approve or decline each purchase.
