Walking through an abandoned downtown Copenhagen

Description:

Filmed in early January 2021, we took a wet walk along the pedestrian street of 'Strøget' and found that
we had it mostly to ourselves.

'Strøget' is usually crawling with people, but combining a pandemic and the morning of January 1st made for a nice and solitary stroll. The walk took us from Nørreport Station, past Rundetårn, on to Amagertorv, past the Christmas decorations of La Glace and finally on to Gammeltorv.

On this walked we found ourselves on the following streets:


- Nørre Voldgade
- Frederiksborggade
- Kultorvet
- Købmagergade
- Rundetaarn (The Round Tower)
- Amagertorv
- Strøget
- Helligaandskirken (The Church of the Holy Ghost)
- Jorcks Passage
- Skoubogade

- Nytorv
