That day we were returning from Kazbegi and our driver Giorgi stopped in front of a small shop that sells honey. Several varieties of honey - some are the produce of spring while some are from autumn. Some of them are from acacia flowers while some others are from raspberry flowers. They all tasted unique. She also showed us how to find whether the honey is real or adulterated.
We bought some honey and pollen from that small shop and continued our journey to a restaurant that stood on the banks of a beautiful river. The ambiance was just mindblowing. The giggling sound of the river and the cold weather offered us enough appetite. We had a whole fish barbeque and other Georgian cuisines from that restaurant.
