Just had one of the top 5 meals I ever ate. Was amazing. Thanks to chef Poul Andrias Ziska! Ingredients foraged locally but composed with artistry and skill that are mind boggling. Never in a million years I thought I'd savor every bite of a melange of sheep head, lichen, and fulmar...but I did and relished in it! If you get to the Faroes..go to Koks.
