Welcome to our 7th Cocktail History where we share a cocktail recipe while talking about its history and tossing in a bit of Freeborn County history.

This week we are featuring the Gimlet!

Recipe:
-1/2 Gin
-1/2 Rose Lime's Juice Cordial (we used Rose's Sweetened Lime Juice)
-Ice

Add both ingredients to a mixing glass with ice. Stir. Strain into a chilled Martini glass.
