Activists from the group 'Men in Black' demonstrated against the 'corona pass' programme and mass testing, in Copenhagen on Saturday.

Protesters were seen lighting flares while marching with a large Danish flag.

Denmark launched a new COVID-19 certificate required to enter certain businesses on Tuesday, becoming one of the first in Europe to introduce such a scheme.

The 'corona pass' shows whether a person has been vaccinated, has tested positive in the past two to 12 weeks, or has tested negative in the previous 72 hours.

According to data compiled by John Hopkins University, Denmark has registered 237,038 COVID-19 cases and 2,437 related deaths as of Saturday.
