Footballers from Russia’s national team held their first training session in the Parc Omnisports complex, Croissy-sur-Seine, on Thursday, following their defeat 1: 2 against Slovakia in Lille.
The training session was held in the absence of the starting 11 players, as well as head coach Leonid Slutsky, who had set off for Lens to watch the match between Wales and England. Russia is set to play Wales in the final round of Euro 2016 group stage. Denis Glushakov, who had scored Russia’s only goal to the Slovaks, was noticed practicing on individual programs separately from the rest of the squad.
