Gatuna Border between Uganda and Rwanda is one of the most famous and busiest borders in the world. The international highway between Kenya, Uganda, Rwanda and Burundi passes through this border. It is open 24 hours. Located on the edge of Ugandan town of Katuna, the border post is called Gatuna. It is 80 km from Kigali and 425 km from Kampala. As soon as we cross the border, the time difference increases by on hour. While it is 10 am in Uganda, it is 9 am in Rwanda.
