If the Australian government’s boasting is justified and it knows how to manage COVID-19, then it must prove it by “helping our neighbour” Papua New Guinea, says Sky News host Alan Jones.
“We are told morgues are overflowing and hospitals are threatening to close in Papua New Guinea,” Mr Jones said.
“Two things to be done, immediately.”
Mr Jones said we must “police our shores” and “send help” to PNG.
“PNG people move freely into the Torres Strait which is a part of Australia,” he said.
“I understand there are people in hotel quarantine in Cairns who have come from Papua New Guinea”.
