The UK's health secretary, Matt Hancock, has said the government would be 'vigilant' about which countries would be subject to the forthcoming hotel quarantine rules. Hancock added: 'There are still no plans to roll out vaccine passports. At the moment, going on holiday is illegal – but we will keep the situation under review'
