As I promised I have left you TOMODACHI with some creative workouts to be done in a 3 day Quarantine madatory when coming back to Japan from overseas travel. I hope you tried them and enjoyed them. 4 rounds for high intensity:
1min. Jumprope + 10 Ground to Overhead + 10 sit ups

Ground to overhead can be done with anything you have available.
