How can we engage with others in inclusive ways, not just inviting them in, but making sure their unique talent and potential is being used for the greater good of all of us?

Applying insights from behavioural and social sciences to make it easy to create inclusive interactions is the focus of the approach, Inclusion Nudges. In this session, Lisa Kepinski and Tinna C. Nielsen will share practical examples of this change & design approach to illustrate how all people can be part of designing our organisations and communities to be inclusive as the norm. Inclusion Nudges are about influencing our unconscious mind to change behaviour and reduce the effect of biases. In this session, you will also see examples of how you can motivate others to be allies for diversity, equity, and inclusion through their actions.
