We've got three whiskeys only this time, all from Spirits of Hven (pronounced "Ven"), a unique Swedish distillery on the Island of Hven, where Tycho Brahe had his observatory (and maybe was murdered). We taste a malt whisky, a "corn whisky" (if it were made in America, we could call it a 'bourbon'), and a rye whisky (also American style), all of them made from grain grown on the island of Hven. A fascinating tasting: these whiskies are unique.
Whiskey writer Lew Bryson (author of Whiskey Master Class and Tasting Whiskey) and whiskey historian Sam Komlenic have over 50 years of whiskey knowledge between them. They get together to taste groups of whiskeys, discuss them, and have some fun.
