TRAVEL CORRIDORS DETAILS: QUARANTINE EXEMPTIONS FOR ENGLAND FORM JULY 10

The UK Government has issued a list of 59 countries which will be exempted from the quarantine protocols that are currently in place in the United Kingdom.

From 10 July 2020 any passenger who arrives in England from one of the nominated countries will not be anticipated to follow the 14-day self-isolation policy, only if they have visited or stopped in any state or region not recorded in the past 14 days. Travellers coming from one of the exempted countries will still be obligated to present contact information on arrival at any English border.

Any individual who is at present self-isolating in England and who last arrived from one of the travel corridor nations will be able to discontinue doing so from 10 July 2020.

These new rules only apply to England. The decentralised administrations of Scotland, Wales and Northern Ireland will put their own policies and border limitations.

Remarkably the United States of America is not added in the list of exempted countries because of its high infection rate.

The complete list of travel corridor countries are as follows:
Andorra, Antigua and Barbuda, Aruba, Australia, Austria, Bahamas, Barbados, Belgium, Bonaire, Saint Eustatius and Saba, Croatia, Curaçao, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, Dominica, Faroe Islands, Fiji, Finland, France, French Polynesia, Germany, Greece, Greenland, Grenada, Guadeloupe, Hong Kong, Hungary, Iceland, Italy, Jamaica, Japan, Liechtenstein, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Macau, Malta, Mauritius, Monaco, Netherlands, New Caledonia, New Zealand, Norway, Poland, Réunion, San Marino, Serbia, Seychelles, South Korea, Spain, St Barthélemy, St Kitts and Nevis, St Lucia, St Pierre and Miquelon, Switzerland, Taiwan, Trinidad and Tobago, Turkey, Vatican City, Vietnam

Furthermore, the 14 British Overseas Territories will also be exempted from the quarantine regulations.

Please note that the UK Government will carry on monitoring and update the list of the countries mentioned in the video.
